Ingredients
- 6 Tbps Butter
- 1 Pound of top sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch long strips
- (put beef into freezer for 20-30 minutes to make slicing easier.)
- 1/3 Cup chopped shallots (or onions)
- 1/2 Pound cremini mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp dry tarragon or 2 tsp of chopped fresh tarragon
