Ingredients
- 12oz Spaghetti Cooked per Box - Save 1 Cup Water
- 1T EVOO
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 3/4C Heavy Cream
- 3/4C Chicken Stock
- 3/4C Italian Cheese Blend Shredded
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 2T Chives Chopped for Garnish
- OPTIONAL: Crumbled Cooked Bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Large Skillet, Medium Heat, Add EVOO & Garlic. Cook 2 Minutes.
Add Cream, Stock & 1/2C Pasta Water. Add Spaghetti, Toss Until Blended.
Remove from Heat, Stir in Cheese, Toss to Blend. Add More Pasta Water if Needed.
S & P to Taste. Garnish with Chives.
Add Bacon if Desired.
Serve Hot with Bread.
