Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix

1 jar cookie mix
1 c butter/margarine, softened
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c sugar
1 T cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375*. In large bowl, cream butter until light, add the eggs and beat, until the mixture is smooth. Add cookie mix and continue to beat until dough begins to form. Combine the sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl. Shape the dough into 1" balls and roll in cinnamon sugar blend. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 16 - 18 min or until light tan. Transfer to wire racks to cool

Ingredients

• 2 3/4 c all purpose flour
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 t cream of tartar
• 1 1/2 c sugar

Layer all ingredients in order given into wide mouth 1 qt canning jar. Pack each lay in place before adding next ingredient
