Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a single layer on bottom of crock pot, season with garlic powder or minced garlic) and oregano, cover with tomato sauce. Turn Crockpot to low and let cook 4-6 hours until chicken breasts are done, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh grated Parmesan cheese over top and let cook an additional 20 minutes, with the lid off, until cheese is melted.
