Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Oil (or less if desired)
- 3/4 tsp. Maple flavoring
- 2 TBSP Apple Sauce
- 3 1/8 c. Milk
- 5 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 TBSP Baking Soda
- 1 c. Chopped Walnuts
- 1 1/2 c. Raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together eggs, sugar & oil. Add flavoring, apple sauce & salt.
Stir in milk, flour, baking soda, nuts & raisins stirring just until mixed.
Spoon batter into muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
