Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Oil (or less if desired)
  • 3/4 tsp. Maple flavoring
  • 2 TBSP Apple Sauce
  • 3 1/8 c. Milk
  • 5 c. Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 TBSP Baking Soda
  • 1 c. Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together eggs, sugar & oil. Add flavoring, apple sauce & salt.

Stir in milk, flour, baking soda, nuts & raisins stirring just until mixed.

Spoon batter into muffin cups.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
