Baked Fish Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 2 lbs fish fillets(halibut or haddock) cut into pieces
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan, set aside
2. Melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan
3. Add onion and saute until softened
4. Stir in flour, saly and pepper and cook for 1 min
5. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat
6. Pour a little sauce into bottom of baking dish
7. Place fish in pan and pour remaining sauce over fish
8. Top with cheese and bake for 25-30 mins
