Peppermint Pink Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peppermint or spearmint
  • water
  • 1/4 cup of raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large saucepan start water to boiling, put peppermint and raspberries into the boiling water with the peppermint and let boil for 30 mins.

2. Strain tea with a fine mesh seive into a pitcer. Let cool and add sugar, cut lemon in half squeeze lemon juice into tea and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 mins, then serve.
