Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 cups of lobster meat and 3 cups of king crab meat, diced quarter to half inch
- 1 medium onion, diced and sautéed until carmelized; add 1 t sugar and 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 cup diced pimiento
- 1 t seafood seasoning (e.g., Emeril’s)
- 2 packets Knorr Hollandaise Sauce (prepared but not cooked)
- 1 //2 pound Gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 cups breadcrumbs, sautéed in 1 T olive oil and 1 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except topping and Hollandaise sauce
Put ingredients in casserole dish to fit
Pour Hollandaise sauce over - gently work the sauce into the mixture
Cover with topping
Bake covered at 300 until heated through
