Crock pot barbeque sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb chuck roast
  • 3 cups celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tblsp brown sugar
  • 2 tblsp vinegar
  • 2 tblsp mustard
  • 2 tblsp worchestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tblsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Put it in the pot and let it cook for 6-7 hours. Shred and serve with buns.
