Ingredients
- olive oil
- salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 tsps yeast
- 1/4 cup basil chopped
- 1 whole bulb of garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine instead of water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put olive oil in bread maker, then the wine , flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder, garlic and yeast, set on dough setting, let it make dough.
2. Take dough out put on floured cutting board, let rest for 1 hour, then shape dough into rounded shape, flatten a little bit, sprinkle some cornmeal on a cookie sheet or pizza stone if you have one, let rise for about an hour, and bake at 400F for 45 mins or until golden, take out let cool, and serve.
