Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- Butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix salt, pepper, ginger, sugar, rosemary, olive oil, and soy sauce. Add chicken and marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and sauté in butter until done. Serve warm. Makes 12 appetizer serving, or 4 to 6 entrée servings. For an entrée, grill on skewers alternating with pineapple chunks and green pepper
