Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (255g/9oz) fresh cheese-filled tortellini*
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen peas, boiled
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 1/4 tsp Itallian Seasonings
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • Optional
  • Use 1 pkg (454gm/1lb) frozen cheese-filled tortellini

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain.
Combine with soup, milk, chicken, peas, green onions, and itallian seasonings.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling.
