Fettuccine with Feta and Garlic Sauce

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • pinch each dried thyme and basil
  • 1 lb fettuccine noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley



Step 1

In saucepan, bring cream to boil and add garlic and cook over med-low heat for 10 min or until thickened and slightly reduced. Stir in feta, thyme and basil. Cook for 1 min or until feta has melted. Pour over fettucine and season with salt and pepper and parsley.
