Morocco - Harissa Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can cannelini beans {or white kidney beans}
  • 1 300 mL jar of roasted red peppers drained
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp harissa paste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend for one minute, until smooth and creamy.
Serve with veggies or crackers
