Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 1 tblsp corn starch
- 1 tbslp water
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes, Mexican style
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can green chilis
- 1 can mexi- corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 1 8 oz jar taco sauce
- Chopped cilantro
- Cubed avocado
- Lime to squeeze
- Totilla chips
- Sour cream
- Grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Simply put the cornstarch into the water and set aside. In a large pan add the soup ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes just to get together. Add the cornstarch-water.and stir to combine. Serve with condiments.
