Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken style or 1 can of drained fri chik, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- grated cheese
- paprika
- slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery and onions in a little oil.
Mix all ingredients together and place in 2 quart or 9 x 12" baking dish.
Lightly cover surface with grated cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika
Generously distribute slivered almonds over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
