Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

1 jar cookie mix
1/2 c butter/margarine, softened
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 t vanilla
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350*. In large bowl, cream butter, egg & vanilla. Blend in peanut butter. Add cookie mix until mixture well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 11-13 min. Transfer to wire racks to cool.

Ingredients

• 3/4 c chopped salted peanuts
• 3/4 c brown sugar
• 3/4 c sugar
• 3/4 c peanut butter chips
• 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t salt

Step 1

Layer ingredients in order given into wide mouth 1 qt canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding next ingredient.
