Ingredients

  • 2 cans field or black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 10 oz can Rotelle Tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 purple onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cilantro, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and chill several hours or overnight.
