This is a polish liquior.

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup water
• 1 1/2 cup honey
• 3 sticks cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 sliced vanilla bean
• 2 whole cloves
• 1 strip lemon peel or orange peel
• 750 ml bottle vodka

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all ingredients except vodka to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Tie it of the heat and add the vodka. Stain out the spices and put into jars. May be served hot or cold.
