Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coffee beans, ground
- 1 3/4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
- 1/2 cup marscapone cheese
- 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 24 ladyfinger cookie, split lengthwise
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brew coffee grounds and water to make 1 1/2 cups coffee. Mix with 2 tablespoons Kahlua. Cool.
2. Beat cheeses until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons Kahlua and sugars. Beat well.
3. Dip flat sides of cookies in coffee, place dipped side down in 8" square dish. Spread with half of cheese, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cocoa. Repeat. Cover and chill 2 hours.
