Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 yellow cake mix, reserve 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Reserved mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cruft ingredients and pat into greased 9-13" pan. Mix filling ingredients and pour over crust. Make a crumble for the topping and sprinkle over. Bake @ 350* for 35-45 minutes.
