  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes: made as meatballs for Macy. Worked great! Used garlic instead of garlic powder and upped the cheese a bit - just delicious. Macy wasn't nuts about them, so not a repeat for her.
