Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey breast
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine the first 10 ingredients in a large bowl. Place the turkey mixture in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Top with 1/4 cup ketchup.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes: made as meatballs for Macy. Worked great! Used garlic instead of garlic powder and upped the cheese a bit - just delicious. Macy wasn't nuts about them, so not a repeat for her.
