Thai Style Peanut Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons lowfat peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger root, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili oil
  • 6 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Puree peanut butter-chili oil. Toss with pasta, 1/2 of scallions, 1/2 of cilantro. Garnish with rest of scallion and cilantro.
