This is a very moist and delicious cake with a great crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tblsp vanilla
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325*
Warm the cream and the salt to lukewarm, set aside. Cream the butter and sugar, add the eggs one at a time beating till light each time. Add the extract. Add the flour
And do not over mix. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hour.
