    lb. uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined

    medium lemon, cut in wedges

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in large resealable plastic bag. Add shrimp and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Saute shrimp, serve over lettuce and squeeze lemon juice over them.
