- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. cayenne
- 1 lb. uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 medium lemon, cut in wedges
Preparation time 20mins
Combine first 9 ingredients in large resealable plastic bag. Add shrimp and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Saute shrimp, serve over lettuce and squeeze lemon juice over them.
