Ingredients
- 1 box Spaghetti
- 1 lb Chicken cutlets
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- Pinch Ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put the spaghetti up to boil.
2. In a large skillet over a medium-high flame, heat oil and garlic. Do not let garlic burn.
3. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
4. Add to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute.
5. When the chicken starts turning white, add the remaining ingredients.
6. Coat the chicken well with the sauce. Cover pan for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure it isn’t sticking and burning.
7. When chicken is fully cooked remove from flame and add the hot spaghetti. Toss well. Serve hot.
