Two Can Cola Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb pork loin, shoulder or butt
  • 2 cans Coke
  • 1 pack powdered onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsps corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown in 2 tbsps of vegetable oil
2. Place the roast and all ingredients except corn starch in cooker
3. Cook on high for 40 mins
4. Let pressure release naturally for 10 mins before doing quick release
5. Remove roast and rest under foil while you make gravy
6. Mix corn starch with 2 tbsps water and add to juices on high
