Ingredients
- One sleeve Ritz crackers
- One 12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/8-1/4 tsp mint extract (or more to your liking)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Once melted, stir in mint extract. Dip crackers into chocolate mixture, using tongs. Lay coated crackers on silpat lined baking sheet. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
