Lavender Syrup for Lemonade or Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh or dried lavender blossoms

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large, stainless steel saucepan. Remove from heat and allow to steep 30 minutes. Strain, chill and refrigerate tightly covered.
