Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups maple syrup
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 T butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 18 uncooked tart shells

Method:
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Cook until raisins are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Add 2 beaten eggs and 1 t vanilla. Put in unbaked tart shells. Bake at 450˚ F for 8 minutes and then 350˚ until done. This makes about 1-1/2 dozen medium-sized tarts.
