Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can beer, 12 oz
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the flour, sugar and beer in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 45 mins. Pour melted butter over the top and bake for 10 mins longer. Cool in the pan for several minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
