Brownie cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325*
Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Beat the eggs and sugar on high for about 3 minutes or until mixture falls in ribbons from beaters. Add the chocolate and then the flour and nuts. Put into liners.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
