Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chick breasts
  • 2/4 cup Italian oil-free salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine salad dressing, lemon juice, bouillon granules and pepper.

Place chicken in large baking dish.

Pour liquid mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degree for one hour. Turn and baste chicken a couple of times during cooking.

Good fixed ahead and reheated
