Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp bkg soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat till light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and then the flour gradually. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350*
roll the dough out into balls and then into a bowl of sugar to coat. Place on sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
