White Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pizza crust
  • 5 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 cup lowfat ricotta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400.

2. Saute garlic in oil until golden.

3. Brush oil and garlic onto pizza crust. Top with mozzarella. Bake 10 mins.

4. Mix parmesan-oregano. Spread ricotta on pizza, sprinkle with herbs. Bake 10-15 mins.
