Tuna with Lime-Pepper Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1/2 lime, zest from
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix zest-pepper.

2. Baste tuna with oil. Sprinkle with spices. Let sit 10 mins.

3. Grill or broil 10 mins per inch of thickness.
