Orange and Jicama with pequin vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 8 oranges, sections
  • 2 cups peeled and Julliane jicama
  • 1 bunch torn watercress
  • 1/2 cups sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tblsp lime juice
  • 1-2 dried sequin, or crushed red pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the sauce in a blender. Pour over jicama.
