Tomato Soup

  • 4 small ripe tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • Pinch sea salt or garlic salt

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in high speed blender. The resulting mix will be very foamy. Turn the blender from a high speed to a very low speed, to reduce the foam and let the bubbles die down. Serve in soup mugs. Sprinkle with a dash of garlic salt for presentation.
