Ingredients
- 4-6 pieces chicken
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- oil
- 10 cloves garlic, chopped
- 75 ml brandy or sherry
- 1 bay leaf
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rub the chicken pieces wth salt, pepper and paprika. Let sit for 10-15 mins.
2. Heat te oil in a pot and very slowly brown the chicken on both sides. Add the garlic.
3. Whent he chicken and garlic are browned, remove the pot from heat and add the brandy or sherry and bay leaf. Cover and simmer until chciken is tender, about 25-30 mins more on medium heat.
