Sour Cream and Chive Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp. milk or melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450. In med. bowl, stir Bisquick, sour cream, and chives till soft dough forms.

Place dough on surface sprinkled w/ Bisquick mix. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times w/ 2" cutter or drinking glass dipped in Bisquick. On ungreased cookie sheet, place rounds 2" apart.

Bake 8-10 mins. or till golden brown. Brush w/ milk or butter.
