Crusts: Homemade Pizza with Ferrucci's Crust

Ingredients

  • Ferrucci's Pizza Crust
  • Sauce
  • large container of baby spinach
  • 16 oz sliced mushrooms
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Calamata olives

Preparation

Step 1

Take crust from freezer and place in refrigerator for 1 day.
Take crust from refrigerator, rub pizza ball with olive oil and place in a bowl to rise for several hours.
Using semolina flour, work dough with hands stretching ultimately to fit on a pizza stone. Dough can be pulled gently over the four corners of the stone.
Using a fork, score the dough to prevent bubbles during baking.
Preheat oven to 450 (or 475) degrees.
Bake crust 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add sauce, wilted spinach (salted), sliced sauteed mushrooms (pam and mushroom's own juice), sliced sundried tomatoes and sliced calamata olives.
Cook an additional 10 minutes.
