Monster Cookie, HyVee Version

just like monster cookies but a few more ingredients....also holds together better than
monster cookies do

Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups flake coconut
• 1 cup quick oats
• 1 cup pecan pieces
• 1 1/2 tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
• 1 cup smashed peanut m & M's
• 1 cup mini m & m's

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.
Cream butter, sugars, peanut cutter, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Add flour,
coconut, oats, pecans, baking soda and salt, mixing until incorporated. Finally,
mix in chips and both types of candy.
Use medium sized cookie scoop, drop dough onto parchment lined cookie
sheet. Bake 10-11 min. or until edges are golden.
