Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 4 lg eggs
- FROSTING
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1b. powdered sugar
- 1 cube butter
- 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cake ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 40 minutes.
Beat together frosting ingredients. Top with walnuts and coconut.
