Basic Sauce Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl ans stir well, then add salt. Transfer sauce to a bowl with a lid and refrigerate.
