Ingredients

  • 8 tart apples
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 TLB flour
  • 2 TLB butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 crust pastry

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and slice apples. Add sugars and flour and mix well. Pour into bottom pie crust. Cover with top crust. Poke with tines of fork. Sprinkle crust with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Decrease heat to 350 for another 50 to 60 minutes.
