Ingredients
- 1 lb. velveeta, cubed
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cubes
- 3/4 cup dark beer
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tea. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onion tops
- 1 lb. LIttle Smokies
Preparation
Step 1
Place cheeses in a heavy saucepan and melt over low heat until smooth and blended.
Gradually add beer, mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne and green onions. Stir until well blended.
Serve the dip warm with Little Smokies.
