Ingredients

  • 24 oz pkg frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Layer first 5 ingredients in lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan, salt and pepper to taste
2. Set aside
3. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over layered ingredients
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight
5. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins
