No-Bake Fudgey Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (approx. 400 g)
  • 2 1-oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 C. + 2 Tbs. packaged chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 C. miniature candy-coated milk chocolate candies or chopped nuts

Directions

Combine Eagle Brand and chocolate; cook and stir over low heat just until boiling. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes more or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Stir in 2 C. cookie crumbs. Spread evenly into parchment paper-lined 8-inch (2 L) square baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs and candies or nuts; press down gently with back of spoon. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Yield: 2-3 dozen brownies
