Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce) cans drained canned light tuna in water; flake with a fork.
- 1 rib minced celery,
- 6 minced radishes,
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion,
- 1 minced Granny Smith apple,
- 1/4 cup minced flatleaf parsley,
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice,
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup toasted finely chopped walnuts

Step 1
TUNA SALAD on the menu. In a large bowl, place 2 (6-ounce) cans drained canned light tuna in water; flake with a fork. Add 1 rib minced celery, 6 minced radishes, 2 tablespoons minced red onion, 1 minced Granny Smith apple, 1/4 cup minced flatleaf parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 1/3 to 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise and 1/2 cup toasted finely chopped walnuts; mix well. Spoon into a serving bowl.
