Sweet and Sour Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs lean pork ribs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

cut ribs in desired sizes. Spread in bottom of large, shallow baking dish or roaster. Mix all other ingredients in med bowl. Pour over ribs and bake uncovered at 250 for 3 hrs.
